Getting Started
How do I set up my team for the first time?
  1. Go to Roster tab → + Add Player to add your athletes. Include jersey number, position, and graduation year — these power the recruiting profile.
  2. Go to Schedule+ Add Event to schedule your first game or practice. Parents see this immediately.
  3. Go to Settings → Users → Invite to invite parents and players. They'll get an email with a link to create their account.
How do I invite parents and players?
Go to Settings → Users → Invite. Enter their email address and choose a role (Parent or Player). They'll receive an email with a magic link to create their account. You can also generate a link to share manually — useful for group chats.
How do I link my account to my child?
After logging in, go to Settings → Link Player and select your child from the roster. This unlocks their personal stats card on your home screen and enables their recruiting profile share link.
How do I turn on push notifications?
Go to Settings → Push Notifications → Enable Notifications and allow the browser prompt. You'll get notified for schedule changes, announcements, and game results in real time — even when the app isn't open.
How do I log a game result?
Go to the Games tab → + Add Game. Enter the score and, optionally, individual player stats (points, rebounds, assists, etc.). Once saved, those stats automatically populate:
  • The Analytics dashboard (season averages, leaderboards)
  • Each player's recruiting profile
  • The home screen's Recent Games card
You don't need to do anything else — it all updates instantly.
How does the live scoreboard work?
During a game, open your team portal and go to the Games tab. Tap Live Game to start a live scoring session. As you update the score, parents see a live banner at the top of their app in real time — no refresh needed.
Recruiting
What is the recruiting profile and how does it work?
Every player on your roster has a public recruiting page at /recruit/[team]/[player]. It shows:
  • Season stats (auto-updated from game logs)
  • Jersey number, position, graduation year
  • Film highlights (if Film Room is active)
  • A contact form for college coaches to reach out
The page is publicly accessible — you can share the link with college programs or post it on social media. No login required to view it.
How do I share a player's recruiting profile?
Go to the Roster tab, tap a player's name, and scroll to the Recruiting section. Copy the profile link or use the share buttons to post to X, Instagram, or send directly to a college program. Parents can also find their child's profile link in Settings → My Player.
How do I track recruiting interest from college coaches?
When a college coach submits the contact form on a player's recruiting profile, you receive an email notification. You can also view all recruiting contacts in the Roster → [Player] → Recruiting Contacts section.
Film & AI Features
How do I upload game film?
Go to the Film tab → + Upload Film. Select your video file (MP4, MOV, etc.) and give it a title and date. Upload time depends on file size — a typical 45-min game at 1080p is 3–4 GB. Your plan's storage limit is shown in Settings → Plan & Storage.
What does AI Auto-Tag do?
After uploading a film, tap AI Auto-Tag. The AI reads your game notes and any play tags you've added, then generates timestamped clip labels — turnovers, made shots, defensive stops, etc. These clips can be:
  • Assembled into a highlight reel for a specific player
  • Exported and shared with the player or a recruiting program
  • Used to build an AI Box Score if you've tagged individual stats
How do I generate a player highlight reel?
In the Film tab, open a tagged film session and tap Generate Highlight Reel. Select a player — the system stitches together their tagged clips into a shareable highlight video. The reel can be linked from the player's recruiting profile automatically.
What is the Season Arc Report?
Found in the Analytics tab, the Season Arc Report is an AI-generated narrative of your entire season — it identifies patterns in your wins and losses, momentum swings, and which players are trending up or down. Tap Season Arc Report to generate it. Useful for end-of-season reviews and parent meetings.
Fundraising
How do I launch a team fundraiser?
Go to Settings → Fundraising → Create Campaign. Set a goal amount, a deadline, and a description of what the money is for. Once published, your fundraiser gets its own shareable link at /fundraise/[team-slug]. Share it anywhere — parents, social media, email blast.
How do I donate to the team fundraiser?
Visit the fundraiser link your coach shared (or find it in the app under Home → Fundraiser). Choose an amount, enter your name, and complete the Stripe checkout. Donations are processed securely — FRNTCOURT never stores your card details.
Where does the money go?
Donations are processed by Stripe and deposited directly into the bank account connected to your Stripe account. FRNTCOURT does not hold funds. You'll need a free Stripe account to accept payments — your coach or org admin sets this up in Settings → Stripe Connect.
Club & Org Admins
How do I add a new team to my club?
Log in to your Org Admin dashboard at /org/[your-org-slug]. Click + Add Team, fill in the team name and slug, then assign or invite a coach. The new team is immediately visible in your org dashboard.
Can I see all teams' schedules and stats at once?
Yes. Your Org Admin dashboard shows every team's record, schedule, and active roster in one view. Use the team filter at the top to focus on a single team or see all at once.
How do I send an announcement to the entire club?
In your Org Admin dashboard, go to Announcements → Post to All Teams. The message will appear in every team's Updates feed and trigger push notifications for all members across all teams.
Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot password? below the Sign In button. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour — request a new one if needed.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Plan & Storage → Change Plan. You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
I need more storage. How do I add it?
Storage add-ons are available in 50 GB blocks. Go to Settings → Plan & Storage → Add Storage, or visit the Pricing page for current rates. Each 50 GB block covers roughly 15 full games at 1080p.
