Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FRNTCOURT platform ("Service") operated by FRNTCOURT LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
FRNTCOURT is a team management platform for youth and amateur sports teams. It allows coaches and administrators to manage rosters, schedules, game history, practice plans, announcements, and related team communications. Parents and players may be granted read-only or limited access as determined by their team's administrator.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Game schedules, practice times, locations, player statistics, and other team data entered into the Service are provided and managed by team administrators and coaches. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any schedule or data displayed in the Service. You should always verify critical information (game times, locations, cancellations) through official team or league channels.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Service downtime or interruptions.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (player data, game notes, play diagrams, announcements, etc.). By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your team. We do not sell or share your team's content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
If the Service is offered on a paid subscription basis, the following applies:
The FRNTCOURT name, logo, software, and platform design are the property of FRNTCOURT LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRNTCOURT LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MISSED PRACTICES OR GAMES DUE TO INACCURATE SCHEDULES, LOSS OF DATA, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRNTCOURT LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export before terminating your account by contacting us at the address below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
