This Privacy Policy describes how FRNTCOURT LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the FRNTCOURT platform ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
FRNTCOURT LLC operates the FRNTCOURT sports team management platform. We are the data controller for personal information collected through the Service.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. If paid subscriptions are introduced, payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party processor and we receive only a transaction reference.
College Fit estimates what each college would actually cost your family, and colleges publish net price by income bracket. The spread is large — the same school can differ by more than $12,000 a year between two adjacent brackets — so an average is a poor answer for any particular family. That is the only reason we offer the field, and it is optional: leaving it blank costs you one of six scoring dimensions and nothing else.
Your income band is never shown to college coaches, your team's coaches, club staff, or anyone outside your family. This is enforced in the software, not by policy alone: the field is stripped from the profile before it is returned to any coach or administrator — including a team admin editing the rest of the same profile, who also cannot overwrite it — and an automated test fails the build if it ever appears in a coach-facing response.
A recruiting profile belongs to one athlete and is held by that athlete's family. A coach cannot create one.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases:

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
FRNTCOURT does not set tracking cookies or use advertising pixels. We store a single session token in your browser's localStorage to keep you logged in. This is a functional necessity and does not track you across other websites.
We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service that places cookies.
If you clear your browser's local storage, you will be logged out of the Service.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
scrypt (no plaintext passwords stored).No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Accounts on the Service are for coaches, parents, and players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account.
Rosters may include the names and statistics of players under 13. That data is entered and managed by a team administrator — a coach or a parent — under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) exception for a school or team acting on a parent's behalf, and we use it for no purpose beyond delivering the Service to that team. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not disclose it to third parties except the processors listed in section 5.
A parent or guardian may review, correct, or delete any data about their child at any time, through their team administrator or by emailing us directly at the address in section 14. We honour deletion requests for a minor's data without requiring a reason.
Our public Roster Fit Checker takes only a height, a position and a graduating class. It stores nothing, logs nothing against your IP address, and cannot look up or identify any player.

The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
